STEP 2 — Design Agreement + Scope Confirmation
After the consultation, we outline the design scope and professional design fee. This ensures expectations, deliverables, and investment are clearly defined before modeling begins.

STEP 3 — Custom 3D Model Development
Using your ideas and site information, our team develops a realistic 3D model using our advance LIDAR system and latest modeling tools so you can clearly see how your ADU will look and function.—layout, materials, structures, grading, finishes, and key features.
You’ll see your future space realistically visualized before construction starts.
STEP 4 — Live 3D Walkthrough + Refinements (Zoom Call)
We walk through the design together, refine layouts, materials, and finishes until the design feels fully aligned.
This interactive review process ensures design decisions are intentional—not rushed.
STEP 5 — Finalized Plans + Detailed Cost Breakdown
Once the design is finalized, we prepare finalized layouts and provide a clear scope of work, timeline, and detailed pricing breakdown.

STEP 6 — Build + Project Management
Our in-house design-build team manages construction from start to finish. We coordinate scheduling, quality control, trades, permits, and engineering as needed—
