Using your site details and ideas, we create detailed plans and a 3D model using our advance LIDAR system and latest modeling tools showing pool shape, depth, finishes, water features, lighting, and surrounding layout.
You’ll see your pool clearly visualized before construction starts.
STEP 4 — Live 3D Walkthrough + Refinements (Zoom Call)
We walk through the design together, refine layouts, materials, and finishes until the design feels fully aligned.
This collaborative process ensures confident decisions before we break ground.
STEP 5 — Finalized Plans + Detailed Cost Breakdown
Once finalized, we prepare construction drawings along with a clear scope of work, timeline, and itemized pricing.
