STEP 1 — On-Site Consultation

STEP 2 — Design Agreement + Scope Confirmation
After the consultation, we outline the design scope and professional design fee. This ensures expectations, deliverables, and investment are clearly defined before modeling begins.
A structured start protects your investment and allows us to dedicate full design resources to your project.
STEP 3 — Custom 3D Landscape Model
Using your ideas and site measurements, we create a detailed 3D landscape model using our advance LIDAR system and latest modeling tools that brings your outdoor space to life — including hardscape layout, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, lighting, planting design, pools, and elevation changes.
You’ll see your future outdoor space clearly visualized before construction starts.
STEP 4 — Live 3D Walkthrough + Refinements (Zoom Call)
We review the design together in a live walkthrough, refine layouts, materials, and finishes until the design feels fully aligned.
This collaborative process ensures decisions are intentional — never rushed.
STEP 5 — Finalized Plans + Detailed Cost Breakdown
Once the design is finalized, we prepare finalized layouts and provide a clear scope of work, timeline, and itemized pricing.

STEP 6 — Build + Project Management
Our licensed in-house team manages construction from start to finish — including scheduling, permits, inspections, quality control, and coordination of all trades.
